Louise Wildish has been working as a Producer, Director, Writer, Consultant, Life Coach & Mentor, Art Director, Event Planner, Programmer, EDI specialist and strategic leader in the performing arts and media industries for over 30 years. Her career has seen her roles and job titles span from actor and facilitator, to dramaturg, Education Manager, Head of Inclusion and Executive Director. She blends her artistic projects alongside her strategic managerial and leadership roles. She's had extensive experience of working with a large portfolio of organisations and individuals from across the UK arts sector and beyond working across dance, theatre, visual art and film, on regional, national and international scales. She spends time supporting other artists and creatives through producing and mentoring in theatre, dance and screen.
Her work is embedded in social justice where she likes to support unheard stories to be told by the voices of lived experience. Injustice fires her and she is passionate about equity, equality, diversity and inclusion. Her artistic and creative projects share the stories of those underrepresented to support change making.
